Fuego27 was created by a true Brooklyn kid — raised in the late 80’s and 90’s, when life wasn’t easy, but the food, music, and dreams kept him moving. With headphones on and miles to walk, he found comfort in cuchifritos, empanadas, and those classic bacon egg and cheese hoggies from the local bodega. Brooklyn shaped him — its culture, its energy, its grit.

He grew up loving the Knicks, Giants, and Mets, and lived by what was “dope” in the 90’s. After serving in the military and making stops in Las Vegas, South Carolina, and Georgia, he settled in Florida with one mission: to bring the multicultural flavor of his hometown to his community. A man of his word — “My word is my bond” he built Fuego27 with passion and purpose. Along the way, he met his wife, Fuego, who fuels the heart behind the brand.

From Brooklyn roots to Florida plates, he’ll always be a Brooklyn kid.
